Most translations are delivered digitally via email or secure download. Digital delivery is free and instant upon project completion. Files are provided in the requested format (PDF, Word, etc.).

Physical Document Shipping

For certified translations, notarized documents, or when physical copies are required, we offer various shipping options. All physical shipments include:

• Professional packaging and handling
• Tracking information via email
• Delivery confirmation

Processing Time

Shipping times listed are in addition to translation processing time. Physical documents are typically shipped within 24 hours of project completion.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note:

• Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
• Some countries may have import restrictions on documents

Lost or Damaged Shipments

All express and overnight shipments include insurance coverage. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and resend your documents if necessary.
