3. Order Process and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Day Translations. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Upon acceptance, a confirmation will be sent to the client with project details and estimated delivery time.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted based on the specific requirements of each project. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

We make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
6. Quality Assurance
Our Quality Promise
All translations undergo our quality assurance process including translation, editing, and proofreading. If you are not satisfied with the quality, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for review and revision.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client materials as confidential. All staff members sign confidentiality agreements. NDAs are available upon request for sensitive projects.
8. Intellectual Property
Client Rights
Clients retain all intellectual property rights to their source materials and translated content.
Our Rights
Day Translations retains no ownership rights to translated materials upon delivery and payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Day Translations liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Projects may be cancelled before work begins with no charge
- For projects in progress, cancellation fees may apply based on the amount of work completed
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
